Survivors of Tsunami Castiage- Magdalena.

This article says that there was a big scandal made by the British embassy. A lot of people died bacause other people did't come up with help at the right moment.The British Embassy was partying and they didn't worry too much that Tsunami was coming. They were too drunk to realize that the Other British were asking for help.
The British survivvors were really mad and disapointed about the Embasy behavior. The Embassy didn't keep up to the promise of helping the people in the need because they knew about the Tsunami.They didn't even want to help in finding the people out. They didn't to anything to help the people in Tsunami.The behavior was really disrespectful and made the British look very bad . The world got to know that Britain is not an example of dignity, pride good manners and good posture.
1)The audience seems to be us the readers .I'm shocked that the british people behaved in such a way.I would never think that they drink so much. Usually wnhen people talk about the British they have dignity in their voice. Also the survivers are the audiences because they were suffering how the people of their country had betrayed them.The situation was very dramatic and only during the very dramatic situations we find out who are our best friends. The audience was also God because he was looking at all of it. I think that during the hard times we have to rely on ourselves because in today's world people look into themselves.We se similar behaviors in every day lives but we don't pay attention to them because there is no danger of dying. The readers are the audience because they get different idea about the British.
2)There were no heroes in this article because no one really was brave. The Embassy showed lack of loyality and compoetence. The survivors were also selfish because probobly not only they had a situation like this.Thousands of people died.The British survivors did pity themselves too much. it is notv appriopriate to talk only about the British during a time like this.Some of them wanted to change nationality because of the Embassy failure. One of the British stated '' I was close to changing my nationality''.It was really stupid of him to say such a thing. In history there were many betrayals and people didn't change the nationality because of this. It is not good to make stereo types. They are good and bad people everywhere.
3)The villans in the story were the Embassy . As a representative of Britain they were supposed to be brave .If they had the courage to be in the Embbassy they should behave at least normally.Nobody said the would die if they had been there.They could survive. I think everyone would be scared but they had the equipment to help them.
4)The newspaper concentrated on the opinions of the British people. The article concentrated only on their needs.They really wanted the Embassy to get into trouble.
